Chef Mark Bloom worked at Tarbells for years and is now on his own. Convivo's menu changes weekly offering the best of what's on hand. Whether its beef, fish, or fowl -- it is all extraordinarily well done, sophisticated, yet down-to-earth in its strip mall location. Look for veggies like lentils, beets and greens to accompany food.
