The recent $600 million expansion project is providing a spacious, high-tech and client-friendly facility that is increasing space to over 800,000 square feet providing the latest in infrastructure, technology and services. The new West Building was recently opened to delegates from Capella University in the summer of 2006. The entire project is expected to be completed late in 2008, making the new four-story Phoenix Convention Center among the top 20 centers in North America.
