The Heard Museum has earned an international reputation for its in-depth collection of Native American Art of the Southwest.  The Heard Museum's 10 exhibit galleries and outdoor galleries feature outstanding traditional and contemporary Native American Art.

Directions:

From I-10 heading east: exit Seventh AVENUE, go north (left) to the first major intersection, McDowell Road. Go east (right) to Third STREET (about one mile). Go north (left) about four blocks to Monte Vista; you'll see a green-and-white sign for the Heard Museum. Go West (left), and you'll see the museum on your right.

From I-10 heading west: exit Seventh STREET, and go north (right) to the first major intersection, McDowell Road. You'll need to move across Seventh Street quickly to go west (left) on McDowell, until you reach Central Avenue. Go north (right) on Central Avenue until you come to the museum (2 lights) on the right.
